Just how far back will Bush's nomination of John Roberts to the Supreme Court take us? Just as Joel.

Anonymous said...: I can't say that I see the point of asking Joel, as he offered little of substance (maybe this is where the "daily humor" part of his headline comes from?). Anyway, he offered a lot more dire predictions than empirical evidence that would justify such predictions. But I've come to expect that from people of his obvious political persuasion...
