Now back to your regularly schedule blog.

T-shirts with embedded LED displays. Here's the FAQ at Philips' website. Imagine creating a simple animated sequence on your computer then synchronizing it with your shirt. Or sending a text message from your phone to your shirt for a mid-day wardrobe change. I have a feeling that these will be much more popular with children than adults (much like the LEDs in shoes that a lot of little kids seem to have). As commentors on YouTube said of the video, it may be a bit too flashy for day-to-day wear. Though I can imagine dorm-room furniture being made with it.

They should combine these with NEDs (Noise Emitting Diodes) and SEDs (Smell Emitting Diodes) and it'll be just like the '60s, only you wouldn't have to buy Day-Glo paint, black lights, incense, or Led Zepplin albums!
