Castro Taken Offline for Repairs

The animatronic character known as Fidel Castro that has ruled Cuba for nearly 5 decades was taken offline on Monday so that Disney Imagineers could perform repairs. Worn internal parts will need to be repaired to ensure the continued operation of the Castro model. According to reports, these repairs may take weeks. As such, a newer Castro model, Raul, will take the place of the Fidel model until the repairs are complete. If repairs cannot be completed and the Fidel model is discontinued, the Raul model will assume permanent control in the Fidel model's place.

Perhaps Castro is close to taking a dirt nap. All red blooded Americans and free Cuban exiles can only hope. Please feel free to visit my blog and post your thoughts on this and other matters.

Actually, I read that the "Raul" is still a Castro; it is just the "convertible" model. It will be able to transform itself from absolute dictator, to democratically elected absolute dicator, and eventually to overthrown, dead, democratically elected absolute dictator.

Hopefully, it will function better than the Bush 2.0
