Rain or Freezing Rain or Sleet or Snow

Punxsutawney Phil is a lying liar who lies! We're not going to have an early spring! We're having a late-arriving winter. Back in January, when we had highs in the 70's, we were wondering where winter could be. Then the highs around freezing with bone-chilling winds started. On Tuesday, some kind of winter event is suppose to occur. Every time I check, the prediction gets worse. First, it was just going to be snow. Then, it was going to be more snow, and a two day event. Then, it was snow and sleet. Now, they've just thrown their hands up and said "It's going to precipitate, okay! Snow, sleet, rain, freezing rain, or some combination thereof! Whatever happens, it won't be good for traffic, I'll tell you that much. Now just... huddle in a relatively warm corner of your dwelling and be thankful you don't live in Oswego County, New York!"
