Now You See It, Now You Don't

Last night, the Daily Show pointed out that FEMA had a chart posted on their website that depicted how FEMA takes action when disaster strikes and those actions... lead to more disaster (to see the sketch, go here and click on "Gulf Outing". The website and chart can be seen at about minute 4). The chart appears to be gone today. Whyever did they take it down?
